
Refund Policy
Thank you for booking with us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Non-Refundable Deposit
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the booking date. Failure to make the full payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If cancelled prior to 24 hours, 50% of the final amount will be refunded, excluding the 50% deposit which is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 24 hours of the booking date, no refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling requests: We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to a different date if requested within 48 hours of the booking.
