A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the booking date.

Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If cancelled prior to 24 hours, 50% of the final amount will be refunded, excluding the 50% deposit which is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 24 hours of the booking date, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the booking date.

3. Service Terms

Island Style Luxury Life reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Any violations of our policies may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details.

4. Liability

Island Style Luxury Life is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during your booking.

Customers agree to use our services at their own risk.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
